Shipping cost on the website is 20₪.
For purchases over 399₪ – free shipping (ongoing offer).
Delivery takes 3-7 business days to the requested address
(On product launch days/promotions and discounts, delivery may take up to 10 business days).

International shipping with DHL 9 -12 Business days

Exchanges
Exchanges can be made within 14 days from the purchase date.
An exchange can be made as long as the product has not been opened, is in its original packaging, and has not been used.
(Sometimes, we may request a photo of the product to ensure it meets these conditions).

Exchange Process
You have two options for exchanging a product:

Via courier service:
A courier will pick up the package from you and deliver the new shipment.
Additional shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Please pack the product in the external shipping box that came with the shipment.
If you do not have the original box, pack it in another box to ensure the product is not damaged on its way back to us.

Returns
You can return a product within 14 days from the order date.
A return can be made as long as the product has not been opened, is in its original packaging, and has not been used.
(Sometimes, we may request a photo of the product to ensure it meets these conditions).
You can choose between two options:

Website Credit – For the full amount paid for the order (excluding shipping fees).
Refund – The amount you paid minus 5% of the total (excluding shipping fees).

Order Cancellation
If the customer requests to cancel the order after the shipment has been sent, the transaction will be canceled, and the amount paid will be refunded minus 5% of the total and the shipping fee (30₪).
If the customer requests to cancel the order before the shipment has been sent, the transaction will be canceled, and the full amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method without any deductions.
