Shipping to Your Home

Shipping cost on the site is 20₪. For purchases over 399₪ – free shipping (permanent offer). Delivery within 3-7 business days to the requested address (during product launches/sales and discounts, up to 10 business days).

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made up to 14 days from the date of product purchase.

Exchanges are possible as long as the product has not been opened, is packed in its original packaging, and has not been used.

(Sometimes, we may ask for a picture of the product to ensure that it meets these requirements.)

Exchange Process

You have 2 options for exchanging a product:

  1. Via the shipping company:
    A courier will come to pick up the package from you and deliver the new shipment.

    The additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    Please pack the product in the original shipping box you received the product in.
    If you do not have the original box, pack it in another box so that the product is not damaged on its way back to us.

  2. Visit the clinic:
    You can contact us to arrange an appointment to make an exchange.

Returns

A product can be exchanged up to 14 days from the date of order.

A return is possible as long as the product has not been opened, is packed in its original packaging, and has not been used.

(Sometimes, we may ask for a picture of the product to ensure that it meets these requirements.)

You can choose between 2 options:

  1. Store credit – for the full amount paid for the order (excluding shipping fees).
  2. Refund – the amount paid minus 5% of the total (excluding shipping fees).

Order Cancellation

If a customer requests to cancel the order after the shipment has been dispatched, the transaction will be canceled, and the customer will be refunded the amount paid minus 5% of the total and shipping fees (30₪).

If a customer requests to cancel the order before the shipment is dispatched, the transaction will be canceled, and the customer will be refunded the amount paid in the same payment method without any deduction.

Pre-Order

Pre-order is an immediate purchase method for items that are out of stock and expected to be replenished or a new product that will soon be available for purchase on the website.

A pre-order allows you to guarantee immediate delivery of the product (along with any other items you purchase in addition) upon its return to stock.

  1. The Gal Gonen website (hereinafter referred to as "the site") is an online website that operates a virtual store for the public in Israel.

    The site is owned by Gal Gonen Ltd. (Company No. 516291234), which manages the sales on the site (hereinafter referred to as "Gal Gonen").

  2. Any action on the site is considered any purchase of products offered on the site.

  3. Any user performing an action on the site declares that they are aware of the site's terms and participation rules, accepts them, and will not have any claim or demand against the site owners and operators except for claims regarding the breach of the site owners' and operators' obligations according to these terms and participation rules.

  4. Only residents of Israel aged 18 and above, holding a valid Israeli credit card (local or international), are eligible to participate in purchases made on the site. Participation is conditional on registration on the site and the provision of full, accurate, and up-to-date personal details, including name, ID number, address, phone number, and a valid email address. Purchases can also be made without a credit card by coordinating payment and order over the phone.

  5. Providing personal details on the order form is done at the customer's discretion and consent. Filling out the details indicates the customer's consent to provide them.

  6. The purpose of providing personal details is to enable Gal Gonen Ltd. to supply the products to the customer and to learn about the customer's intent to purchase the products. The customer's credit card details are also required to complete the transaction.

  7. Gal Gonen Ltd. takes all available measures to protect the privacy of customers and the confidentiality of the data. The site is secured to the highest standards and protected against unauthorized access through advanced technology.

  8. Gal Gonen Ltd. maintains a registered information database, according to the Privacy Protection Law, with the Registrar of Databases. This information database, secured by the most advanced means, contains the details provided by the customer when making a purchase.

  9. In no case does Gal Gonen Ltd. transfer data, personal details, or email addresses to a third party without the explicit, prior, written consent of the customer, except for the transfer of transaction details to the credit card company for billing purposes and the customer's details to the postal service or the shipping company for delivery.

  10. Gal Gonen Ltd. will offer products for purchase on the site in models, types, and quantities as it deems fit, according to its sole discretion.

  11. Gal Gonen Ltd. reserves the exclusive right to add or remove products offered for purchase on the site and to determine the quantity of products to be offered, the manner of purchase, and the purchase price.

  12. All products offered on the site are original, new, in their original packaging, and without defect unless otherwise clearly and explicitly stated in the sale title and product description.

  13. Gal Gonen Ltd. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to supply a specific product if the product is out of stock. In such a case, Gal Gonen Ltd. will notify the customer of the cancellation of the transaction, or alternatively, offer a substitute product.

  14. Gal Gonen Ltd. makes every effort to provide customers with as much information as possible to make a purchasing decision. The information published on the site includes the product image, manufacturer's name, model, full technical specifications as much as possible, product dimensions and weight, warranty period, and the entity providing the warranty. However, the images shown are for illustration purposes only and are not binding on Gal Gonen Ltd.

  15. In the event of a discrepancy between the product details in writing and the image published on the site (for example, regarding the product's color), the written data is the binding data.

  16. The products participating on this site and their prices are valid only for the existing stock.

  17. Gal Gonen Ltd. reserves the right to change the products and their prices at any time without prior notice.

  18. The price of the products on the site does not include delivery to the customer's home.

  19. In the event of a discrepancy between the price and/or description of a product as it appears on the site and its price and/or description as it appears in Gal Gonen Ltd.'s records, the price in Gal Gonen Ltd.'s records will be the final price. In this case, the consumer is entitled to receive a full refund for the product, provided they notify Gal Gonen Ltd. in writing of the transaction cancellation before the product is delivered or notify Gal Gonen Ltd. within 14 days of receiving the product, whichever is later. If both parties agree and with the consent of Gal Gonen Ltd., the customer can receive a refund for the product (excluding the additional shipping fees) minus a 5% credit card commission fee.

  20. The prices of the products displayed on the site do not include VAT unless otherwise stated on the sale page.

  21. As part of the process of purchasing a product on the site, every user must register on the site and fill out an order form, entering all the required details. Providing the requested details is a condition for participating in the purchase of products offered for sale on the site, though it is not required by law.

  22. You can join the Gal Gonen Ltd. email distribution list and receive notifications about special offers or updates on the site. You can also unsubscribe at any time. Joining or unsubscribing can be done by contacting us via email, regular mail, or fax.

  23. The details of the transaction on the site and the order details for purchasing a product on the site, including the details of the user making the transaction on the site, will be transferred via an encrypted SSL security protocol to Gal Gonen Ltd.'s data processing computer.

  24. The customer selects a product (it is recommended to review the sale page before making the purchase) and makes the purchase according to the instructions on the site.

  25. The customer is entitled to choose and provide credit card details via telephone. To do this, the customer must complete the sale process and select the option for a Gal Gonen Ltd. representative to contact them by phone. The sale will be considered complete only after telephone contact is made between the Gal Gonen Ltd. representative and the customer, the customer provides their details, and the representative confirms that the sale is complete.

  26. It should be clarified and emphasized that the completion of a sale process via telephone, as mentioned above, is conditional on the product offered for sale being in stock at the time the sale process is completed.

  27. The purchase transaction will only be finalized after Gal Gonen Ltd. receives confirmation from the credit card company for the charge, according to the existing procedures between them and Gal Gonen Ltd.

  28. In the event of a dispute regarding the types and quantities of products ordered, the records in Gal Gonen Ltd.'s computers will be the determining factor.

  29. Gal Gonen Ltd. will charge the customer via the credit card provided, at the product price on the site, and in addition, the shipping fees as detailed on the sale page.

  30. Product Delivery Time: The delivery time specified on the sales page refers to business days counted from the day the transaction is approved by the buyer's credit card company. Gal Gonen Ltd. will make every effort to expedite the delivery date and/or adjust it to the buyer's needs, subject to the policies of postal and delivery companies. During product launches, sales, and exceptional days, delays in delivery may occur.

    PRE-ORDER:
    A "Pre-Order" is an option where customers can purchase a product before it is in stock. This process allows customers to secure the product before it becomes available to the general public. Products in this category may sometimes be limited edition.

    Production takes place abroad, so it should be clarified that delivery times are not fixed, and the company is not responsible for any delays in the import process. Delivery time for products in the PRE-ORDER category is up to 30 business days.

    A customer wishing to cancel a transaction due to shipping delays or for any other reason may contact customer service without any cancellation fees

  31. The terms of the postal service (or any other entity through which the delivery is made) will apply to all product deliveries via the site and will bind every customer.

  32. The delivery times of the products/services, as stated on the sale page, only include the calculation of business days. (Sunday through Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, and holiday eves.)

  33. The shipping fees can be paid separately or together with the payment for the product.

  34. If the customer wishes to change the delivery address, subject to Gal Gonen Ltd.'s approval of this request, the business days will be counted from the date the address change request is approved by Gal Gonen Ltd.

  35. Gal Gonen Ltd. is not responsible for any delay in product delivery beyond its control. In case of a delivery delay, the buyer may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

  36. Product deliveries will be made to the customer's home and/or the nearest post office to the customer's residence and/or any place and/or in any way that is agreed upon with the customer, all in accordance with and subject to the working conditions of the postal service or the delivery company on behalf of Gal Gonen Ltd.

  37. It is hereby clarified that if the delivery company on behalf of Gal Gonen Ltd. cannot deliver the products to the customer's home and/or the nearest post office to the customer's residence for any reason, including due to the customer's residence location and/or the conditions of the delivery company on behalf of Gal Gonen Ltd., the customer will be entitled to collect the products from any entity holding the products no later than 10 days after Gal Gonen Ltd.'s notification to the customer via email.

  38. The shipping fees include regular delivery costs, which include delivering the product to the customer's apartment or workplace or to the nearest post office to the place of residence.

  39. Product delivery is personal, to the orderer only, and requires presenting the orderer's ID upon delivery. If the orderer does not receive the product, it is their sole responsibility to provide power of attorney on their behalf and their ID to the person receiving the ordered product.

  40. A customer who wishes to cancel the order before the product is shipped to them may do so by canceling the order by phone to Gal Gonen Ltd. customer service without any charge.

  41. If a customer wishes to cancel their order after the product has been shipped to them, they may do so by contacting Gal Gonen Ltd. by phone within 14 days of receiving the product. In this case, only after prior coordination with customer service and obtaining the customer's approval, can they return the product at their own expense or by themselves to Gal Gonen Ltd.'s offices. A refund will be given minus a 5% credit card commission fee.

A refund will be given no later than 48 hours after receiving the product, provided the product has not been used and is kept in its original packaging.

  1. The condition for canceling an order for cosmetic, makeup, etc., products is the complete preservation of the packaging, including the cellophane wrapping it. If the product packaging is opened, the order cannot be canceled. It is not possible to return a cosmetic product that has been used or tested by the customer and/or is not in its original packaging.

  2. The condition for canceling an order for products supplied without packaging is that no use has been made (even the slightest) of the product.

  3. The customer must inspect the product immediately upon receipt. If the customer receives the product in a defective condition, or if the product specification differs from the specification published on the site, the customer may cancel the transaction within 14 days of receiving the product by providing a cancellation notice by phone or in writing to Gal Gonen Ltd. customer service, detailing the reason for cancellation, all in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

  4. In any case where, due to factors beyond the control of Gal Gonen Ltd., it becomes impossible to operate the site properly, to supply the products, or to meet other commitments, Gal Gonen Ltd. is entitled to cancel the engagement with the buyers, all or some. Examples include computer malfunctions, telephone system failures, or other communication system failures, any sabotage, and security events.

  5. If factors and/or events beyond the control of the site owners and/or operators delay or prevent the sale of products, of any kind, whether fully or partially, in any way, and/or the supply of products published on the site at the specified times, and/or if computer or telephone system malfunctions or any other communication factors impact the completion of the purchase process, this or another, in its various forms, and/or if due to acts of war and/or any other force majeure prevents or impairs the process of purchasing the products in any way, or the supply of products and/or if there are changes in tax rates and/or levies applicable to the products between the time the product is advertised for purchase and the scheduled delivery date according to the product purchase conditions, Gal Gonen Ltd. is entitled to cancel the engagement with the buyers, all or some, and/or cease the operation of the site.

  6. If there is an error in the product description, price, payment terms, product image, or any other informative material, or in receiving data from the bidder, Gal Gonen Ltd. may cancel the specific purchase, and the purchase offer fee will be refunded.

  7. The customers of the site and those ordering through it have access to the Gal Gonen Ltd. customer service center. The center handles and assists with issues related to the site's use, registration on the site, inquiries, questions, product deliveries, and complaints.   8. Gal Gonen Ltd. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. Only the rules published in the site's terms will bind the site's users.

  9. In the event of a dispute concerning the purchase of a product on the site, with all that is involved and resulting from it, the sole place of jurisdiction will be the courts in Tel Aviv only.
